U.S. Secret Service EWS (Early Warning System)

 There may be a reason that the John F. Kennedy files are so classified.

 After the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the Secret Service wanted a way to know AHEAD of time when a President was in danger so they could act.

 The Secret Service contacted DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. They asked them to research a solution—some way to detect and allow them to act BEFORE a President was in danger.

 This created Project Looking Glass. A way to peer through time to see what happened so they could fix it.

 Time travel was achieved through radio waves. Trying to send physical objects seemed impossible at the time. The power requirements were ENORMOUS, but radio waves were intangible. Weightless. Vast amounts of information could be sent through a pinhole.

 Using computer-controlled satellite dishes, they could aim the signal out into space to where the Earth was located before the date of the occurrence, and collect the data with an antenna on the other side.

 Back in the 60's, all they had was newspapers, mostly. There was TV and radio, but it would take time to sift through everything. They wanted a way to consolidate data and make it easily searchable in an instant. They created the Internet. Which, again, was created by DARPA.

 This allowed a worldwide cache of information that could be accessed anywhere.

 The data was still sparse. They needed more information. They wanted a way to get information on the suspects who were would-be assassins. They wanted their picture. Their location. Their interests. An insight into their personality. What made them tick?

 They created Facebook. An online catalog of EVERYONE, pretty much. Since nobody would be ready for it, people would post lots of personal information on there. Things you wouldn't normally talk about. Things you couldn't get from an interview by agents in suits knocking on your door.

Next, they wanted a way to detect INTENT. Since they were able to see data through time, they wanted to be able to know WHEN a suspect decided they wanted to act. The idea was maybe they could mitigate it.

  They created Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM). A way to peer into someone's mind. See their intent. Know what they were going to do. So they could act before THEY act.

If they could literally read someone's mind and mention something to them that they never told anyone else, posted online, wrote down privately, or even spoke out loud while they were alone, they thought it could dissuade them otherwise. Without bloodshed. Without throwing them in prison. 

 They could make them look like a kook if they had to, but at least it would save lives.

It could also be used for crowds. Gatherings. Rallys. Instead of searching every single person there, they wanted to be able to scan a crowd and know who was doing what, and who wanted to hurt whom.

It was a way to allow them to hear someone's inner voice, their inner monologue, and see what they were thinking. They were able to decode brain activity and translate them into words and sounds. Common words tend to make the same patterns in brain activity through multiple individuals, and they could figure them out with a little adjustment here and there.

 Fast forward to the Clinton presidency in 1993. It was said that a Secret Service agent who was working with the EWS equipment spilled the beans. The Secret Service is fallible. They're still human. They screw up and can get in trouble from time to time. See this. And this.

The Secret Service agent allegedly told Bill Clinton something about the EWS system. He was probably drunk and off-duty and leaked something. Word got around to Clinton, and then he asked him about it. Probably threatened him. But he allegedly got access to the equipment. 

 From there, Clinton and various accomplices, many, but not all, in the Democratic party, allegedly used this equipment to further their own ends, instead of the interests of the United States.

 This is probably why many of them are millionaires. It doesn't make much sense to pursue this office if it doesn't make much money. This could be the reason why. There was insider trading among many of them.

 In addition to the equipment being used to protect the President, it also could predict FUTURE Presidents.

 When things are going correctly, the Secret Service took this as an opportunity to find out who was going to be President and start protecting them BEFORE they took office. Or at least keeping an eye on them. They wanted to be able to prevent their deaths, or at the very least, an injury or circumstance that would prevent their presidency.

 There is a list of individuals who are considered to be future Presidents. They are ranked by probability. There is another list that also includes names of future First Ladies, as well as members of each of their families.

 Some of these people are already known to the public and have achieved notoriety. A few celebrities. You would be surprised who might become a President or a First Lady. Ronald Reagan was an actor before he became president. John F. Kennedy wasn't married to Marilyn Monroe, but she was associated with him. For all we know, he could have gotten divorced and married her, which would have put her under Secret Service protection.

 Others are completely unknown to our present day. Some close by, some far into the future, well past our lifetimes.

 Supposedly a man by the name of Andrew D. Basiago is on that list. He has written and spoken about time travel extensively.

 We believe he may have been tampered with. We think that someone may have leaked the information about his presidency to him prematurely, and given him an incorrect date for his term. The reason for this may have been to discredit him.

 It was possibly due to his policies in the future. Someone may have disagreed with him. It's also possible that they wanted to prevent his Presidency because he would expose the time travel experiments.

 We think this is the case because the perpetrators who were abusing the equipment wanted to hold onto their power. If it were to be exposed, then the gravy train would end. We have a possible motive.

 We have also previously reported the fact that Voice-to-Skull (V2K) is also a type of early warning system. It is a communication system built during the Cold War. People didn't have cell phones back then. It was meant to be a way to contact someone if they were working out in a field somewhere and warn them of a nuclear attack if they couldn't hear the phone ring back at the house.

 It was for important people. Those who are in government, and people who are working in the defense industry. Engineers. And their family members. They needed to be able to rebuild and fight back. 

 Supposedly, the same people abusing the Presidential EWS also got access to the V2K system. They were using it to torture people. They would sleep deprive them and make them delusional so they would commit heinous acts. It was meant as a way to keep the news busy, so they could cover up what they were doing, every time they made a move.

 They would try anything. Do ANYTHING, to get them to make it in the news. A mass shooting. A celebrity stalker. Some kind of serial killer. Some poor woman who thought God or satan told her to drown her kids in the bathtub. Or worse. Whatever high-profile incident they could think of to keep THEMSELVES out of the news. A question arises: what was going on during these news cycles? We need to find out.

 They were also trying to kill witnesses. People who had V2K done to them, but couldn't be goaded into some kind of violent act. Those who could testify as to what they saw and heard over the system.

 Supposedly, this information has been getting leaked for years by an outside party who could hack systems. Someone who had quantum computer access before everyone else. It can hack pass PHRASES, not just pass WORDS.

 This information was locked down so tight for reasons of national security that it was said only an act of God could uncover it. This was encryption and passphrases that could take a SEPTILLION years or more to crack with our current technology. That's a number with 24 zeroes behind it. They didn't want it falling into the wrong hands.

 Some of them allegedly locked down the system containing information about it with a random password, then blew their brains out right afterward. Ensuring it would NEVER be unlocked, even if you had the key.

 The very fact we even know the words "Remote Neural Monitoring" and "Voice-to-Skull" at all is practically a miracle. Expect the government to continue to deny and ridicule it.

 At their own legal peril.

 Supposedly these are very public trials, for treason. No secret FISA courts here. Of some very household names. And some of them faint and shake like Nazis at the Nuremberg trials.
